Bruiser kha can stall fights with R evolve and a large hp bar, he can still 1 shot squishies, he can provide constant slows with his 4 sec cd W evolve, and he can 1v1 almost any meta jg with conq/gore. Assassin kha has one advantage in that it has a better earlygame which means that in a snowball situation you may find more kills with early dirks.
If the enemy jg is a Xin Zhao, a Red Kayn, a WW, uk these champs that even when behind can still duel you because that’s what they do, bruiser is a lot safer, assassin is still great into them but in general bruiser is the move into those bulky AD fighters. But if you use your E and your R correctly, nobody can escape from Kha'Zix. Basically, it's kill or be killed.
