All 3 bikes hold value pretty well so used doesn't really make sense. KLR650 brand new seems to offer most bang for the buck. It's nothing like the KTM 350 vs the 500. 450L is lighter, more powerful, better suspended than 300L. If you can afford either, there is absolutely no reason to choose 300L. I don't ride super difficult trails and don't jump, but I still bottom it out occasionally. The consensus on the Hondas is that the suspension is much worse, so even with the kind of riding I'm doing, I'd be bottoming out a lot. I also like that the klx is a touch taller and I'm 6'1"..
