LitterRobot 4 stopped during the cycle, and reset not working. The robot works for three days. Now it is stuck in the middle of the cycle. And the light bar is a solid red. The reset button doesn't work. I pressed for 10 seconds waiting for it to flash white. And it turns red immediately.

In attempt to help folks here, my LR4 litter box has been working great since I ever so slightly adjusted where it sat on the floor 48 hours ago. It’s on a cement basement floor near the sump pump so it’s slightly slanted floor towards the sump pump.
